Sam Bankman-Fried pleads not guilty in the case for the Bankruptcy of FTX, the company he created and managed until its collapse.
Yes, SBF said he was not responsible and didn’t know about the 8,000 million dollars lost in his company. It is sound weird, however he has right to a defense, but the problem will come to him when he must explain how it was possible.
When you run a company above all a company with assets of almost 10,000 million dollars, people expect that you have a little knowledge to don’t waste their money. But the problem here is that this guy wasn’t ready to manage a company even to manage a bar with 5 customers, because the money to his own account has been the most important thing in the mind of this guy.
The money to put this guy in the street was give by his parents (professors in Stanford) and more people who wants to be anonymous. But even for professors in one of the most important Universities in the world, 250 million is too much money and it is weird that the day before SBF travelled to Bahamas, one Wallet with a lot of assets (Crypto) was stolen by someone.
The case is being judge in New York, and the public prosecutor who had the case, has said that they are going to try to recover all the money possible to give it back to the investors who had the money in FTX and Alameda.
We will keep inform this case in future.
